   Hi, i wrote to Sgt browntein at the email address you indicated. I found out he became disabled and wanted to see if he is okay or needed help. He has helped so many animals, i just wanted to know if there i anything i can do or help with.

   I TRIED WRITING AT THE EMAIL YOU LEFT. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. i UNDERSTAND THAT SGT BROWNSTEIN DID NOT RETIRE, HE IS RECEIVING DISABILITY BENEFITS FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. WHAT HAPPENED, WHAT IS WRONG? HE IS ON THE PENSION LOG AS RECEIVING DISABILITY BENEFITS. PLEASE LET US KNOW HE IS OKAY!!
